SKU, QTY and Tagloop in the Shipping Label

SKU, QTY and Tagloop in the Shipping Label

Software Plan: Starter, Growth & Enterprise
Account Type: Seller Account
Inventory Type: Serialized & Non-Serialized

Feature Description

This feature allows sellers to customize the information displayed on their shipping labels based on their preferences or integration requirements. Using the Custom Label Settings, sellers can choose to display specific details such as:
  • SKU and Quantity: Useful for internal tracking and order verification.

  • Tag Loop ID: Specifically applicable for sellers integrated with Myntra, where tag loop information is required for shipment processing.

Use Case

Many e-commerce sellers prefer to process orders in bulk, especially during high-demand periods or when handling large volumes daily. In such cases, instead of using the Packing Station for scanning and sorting, sellers directly print shipping labels in bulk and use those labels to sort and pack their orders.

This is where the Custom Shipping Label Configuration becomes extremely useful. By enabling this setting, sellers can choose to print key order details such as:

  • SKU and Quantity, or

  • Tag Loop ID (for Myntra-integrated sellers)

directly on the shipping label.

This allows the operations team to identify and sort packages quickly using just the label—without needing to scan barcodes or refer back to the system. It significantly reduces manual effort, speeds up the packing process, and is ideal for setups where a packing station is not in use.

Workflow

Step 1: Go to the Three Dot Menu > Account Settings

Step 2: Go to the "Sync Channels" tab.

Scroll to the right and go to the "Custom Label Setting" option. Click "Configure".

Step 3: Check the box to enable the setting to show the SKU & Quantity in the shipping label and click "Close".

In case of Myntra, you can choose to show the Tagloop ID in the shipping label too. Click "Close" once the selection is made.

The shipping label will start showing the selected information.
