Integrating Wondersoft POS with EasyEcom
Kindly reach out to Wondersoft team directly for initiating onboarding for the Integration with EasyEcom:
Wondersoft team will require below credentials for the setup:
Username: Login Email-id, It should be an API user in the EasyEcom account,
Please follow the UserRole article for user creation
The shared User should be created on Primary location and must have all Location access and the PII access.
Password: Login password against the above API user
Store location_key: Seller id of all the Store locations in EE required for the integration
Primary location_key: Seller id of the Primary account in EE required for the integration
Below Touchpoints are currently integrated between Wondersoft POS and EasyEcom:

Product | The Products master in EasyEcom will be synced to Wondersoft | EasyEcom |
Inventory Updation | Any +/- Inventory transaction in store location is directly update in EasyEcom | Wondersoft |
Forward Sales Order data | Shipped Sales Order | EasyEcom |
Return | Sale Return | EasyEcom (Ongoing) |
Important Points:
You are required to complete Order processing and Status updates in EasyEcom panel against all Store locations
Only Shipped orders and Return orders will be synced to the Wondersoft POS for accounting and inventory deductions,
- The EasyEcom Store locations should be enabled with the below setting to ensure proper Inventory sync.
Account Settings>> Other settings>> Set "Method to update inventory in Manage inventory page" as "Update SKU's physical quantity in Warehouse"
