Integrating TATA Cliq with EasyEcom

By following the below-mentioned procedure you can easily integrate Tata Cliq with EasyEcom.

Step 1: Click on the Settings⚙️icon on top the top right corner

Step 2: Click on 'Add Channels'

Once you click on 'Add Channels' you will be navigated to the following page.

Step 3: Select 'Tata Cliq'

Once you click on it the following pop-up will appear:

You need to enter:

Username
Password
Email ID
Slave ID

Field Mapping:

Enter your Tata Cliq Seller ID in the Username field
Enter your Tata Cliq login Email ID and Password

Step 4: How to Find Seller ID

The value shown in brackets is your Seller ID.

Step 5: How to Find Slave ID

Click on “Order Management” in the Tata Cliq seller panel

Once you click on Order Management you will be navigated to this web-page:

The text after your Seller ID is your Slave ID.

Example:
If your Seller ID is shown as:
123456-XYZ

Then:

Seller ID = 123456
Slave ID = XYZ

Enter all the details in the pop-up click on the “Add Channel” button in EasyEcom.

Note:

If you enable the "Create Products Automatically" option, EasyEcom will automatically create a Master SKU of all your listed SKUs in Tata Cliq. This is the easiest way to mirror the catalogue from Tata Cliq to EasyEcom.

If you choose to not enable “Create Products Automatically”, you will have to upload the product master manually and map it with your Tata Cliq listings.

Please confirm with Tata Cliq if all APIs are active for your TUL account.

You have now successfully integrated Tata Cliq with EasyEcom
