Overview
EasyEcom supports passwordless sign-in using Google and Microsoft authentication. It also allows users to access multiple EasyEcom accounts or locations using the same email address, provided the required user access has been configured.
Passwordless Sign-In
Users can sign in to EasyEcom using any of the following authentication methods:
Email and password
Google Sign-In
Microsoft Sign-In
Sign-In Process
Navigate to the EasyEcom login page.
Enter your registered email address.
Select the required sign-in method.
Continue with Google
Continue with Microsoft
Complete the authentication process with the selected provider.
If the email address has access to an EasyEcom account, the user is signed in.
Note: Email verification is completed automatically when signing in through Google or Microsoft.
Multi-Account Login
EasyEcom allows the same email address to access multiple accounts or locations.
Prerequisites
User access must be created by the Vendor Admin from the Users settings page.
An invitation email is sent to the registered email address.
For users signing in with Google or Microsoft, email verification is completed automatically.
For users signing in using email and password, the email address must be verified using the verification link received in the invitation email.
System Behaviour
After successful sign-in, if the email address has access to multiple accounts or locations, all available accounts are displayed.
Select the required account or location to continue.

API User Support for SSO-Enabled Accounts
For accounts using Google or Microsoft Sign-In (SSO), EasyEcom supports creating and managing API Users. API Users are intended for API authentication in SSO-enabled accounts.
API User Capabilities
- API Users support API authentication for accounts using Google or Microsoft Sign-In (SSO).

A password can be set or reset for an API User.

Once a user is designated as an API User, its assigned role cannot be changed.

Password regeneration for an API User can only be initiated by a Super Admin who has completed Two-Step Verification (2SV).
Resetting an API User Password
Only a Super Admin who has completed Two-Step Verification (2SV) can reset the password of an API User.
If you are not a Super Admin:
- Contact your account's Super Admin to reset the API User password.
- If no Super Admin exists for your account, contact EasyEcom Support to request Super Admin access.
Prerequisites
The logged-in user must:
To reset an API User password:
Navigate to Settings > Users.
Click the menu (☰) against the required API User.
Click Reset Password.
A password reset link is sent to the registered email address of the API User.
Note: If the logged-in Super Admin has not completed Two-Step Verification (2SV), the API User password cannot be reset.
