How does EasyEcom free trial work?
Once you have created your business account with EasyEcom, you are entitled to take advantage of EasyEcom’s free trial without any question asked. For this free trial, you are not required to provide your credit card or bank details, unlike our competitors. The duration of a free trial will be for a period of 14 days and during this free trial, we expect you to use the tool extensively and decide if this tool will be a good fit for your business.
We have designed EasyEcom's interface in such a way that a user can complete his/her entire account setup on their own right from connecting online channels to the creation of products. Still, if any assistance is required, you can always refer to our support center resources or connect with us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Furthermore, we have options for phone support or a one-on-one demo scheduling as per your desire and need. We have a dedicated support team to guide you through the entire process.

Once you create an account with EasyEcom, you will observe that the UI is designed in such a way that it is very much intuitive and self learning at the same time. We expect you to try out every feature that EasyEcom offers for making your operation easier. We also provide a pre setup demo environment where you can play around with without even impacting your live account.
We have poured an adequate amount of resources into developing our support and operation architecture in order to achieve customer satisfaction. All the setup processes have been well documented and published in our Help desk section. Furthermore, at any given point of time if you require our service we are just a call/chat or email away from your fingertip.
Once you have enjoyed the free trial, we expect you to provide your feedback on the system. The feedback can be related to the development of functionality that is missing from EasyEcom or can be related to support. As we believe that in order to build a scalable system client feedback is equally important as internal teamwork. So, your feedback matters most to us.
Complimentary one-on- one demo session:
Once you sign-up your account with EasyEcom you will have the opportunity to schedule an one- to-one complimentary onboarding session with our team. During this session, our team will walk you through the entire system based on your requirements and you can also clear all your query during this session. Most of our merchants wrap up their entire set-up within 36 to 48 hours after attending the onboarding session. However for enterprise accounts the setup time may vary. Before scheduling a demo session, we expect you to go through the following steps first.
Play around with the pre set-up demo account extensively and try to relate the functionality with your business operation.
You must be prepared to allocate a certain amount of your precious time to the tool to learn new features and workflows that will be beneficial to you in the long run.
