Here click on the “Add New” button.
Note: If you have already integrated other shipping carriers please scroll down to find the “Add New” button.
Once you click on it the following will be visible on the webpage:
Select your Carrier as “DTDC” from the drop-down options.
Enter your DTDC tracking username in the Username column.
Enter your DTDC tracking password in the Password column.
Enter your DTDC tracking API key in the Account No. column.
Enter the CreateOrder API key in the Token column.
Please contact DTDC Team for your DTDC tracking API key , CreateOrder API key, and Customer Code.
Also please share your Service Type name with EasyEcom's Support Team. They will assign your service type from the backend. Service type can be Surface Express, Air Cargo, etc.
