Integrating DTDC with EasyEcom

By following the below-mentioned procedure you can easily integrate DTDC with EasyEcom. 

Step 1: In the toggle menu, navigate to “Masters>>Carrier Master”


Step 2: Click on the “Add New” button

Once you click on Carrier Master you will be navigated to the following page:

 

Here click on the “Add New” button.

Note: If you have already integrated other shipping carriers please scroll down to find the “Add New” button.

Step 3: Select DTDC

Once you click on it the following will be visible on the webpage:



Select your Carrier as “DTDC” from the drop-down options. 

Enter your DTDC tracking username in the Username column. 

Enter your DTDC tracking password in the Password column. 

Enter your DTDC tracking API key in the Account No. column. 

Enter the CreateOrder API key in the Token column. 

Please contact DTDC Team to get all your integration keys, like the DTDC tracking API key and CreateOrder API key. 

Enter your customer code in the Extra Credential1 column. 
To Enable the Old DTDC Label you can update the Extra Credential1 as "customer code_1"; The New Label will be generated by default.

Also please share your Service Type name with EasyEcom's Support Team. They will assign it from the backend. 

Then click on the “Save” button. 


You have now successfully integrated DTDC with EasyEcom.
