Integrating DHL Express with EasyEcom

By following the below-mentioned procedure you can integrate DHL Express with EasyEcom and configure it as a shipping carrier for order fulfillment.

Step 1: Navigate to 'Masters > Carrier Master'

In the toggle menu, navigate to:


Once you click on Carrier Master, you will be navigated to the Carrier configuration page

Step 2: Click on the 'Add New'

Click on the Add New button to add a new carrier.

Note:
If you have already integrated other shipping carriers, scroll down on the page to find the Add New button.

Step 3: Select DHL Express

From the Carrier dropdown, select DHL Express.

Enter the required credentials:

After entering all required details, click Save.

Important Note

Terms of Trade Configuration

For DHL shipments, the Special Service field will be automatically configured as:

DSDAP (Delivered At Place)
DDDDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

You can update the invoice terms by navigating to:

Settings → Finance Settings → Set Invoice Term


Select the required invoice term and click Save.


Mexico Shipment Requirement (RFC Code)

For shipments to Mexico, DHL requires the Consignee Tax ID (RFC code).
If the RFC code is not provided, DHL may return the following error:
“Consignee Tax ID details are mandatory for shipments.”
To resolve this:
  1. Open the Order Details
  2. Navigate to the Consignee Information section
  3. Enter the RFC code in the Registration Number field
  4. Retry shipment creation

Completion

Once the carrier credentials are saved successfully, DHL Express will be integrated with EasyEcom and available for shipment processing.
