HHT - In house adjustment - Bin to Bin Transfer

This setting will enable the continuous scan mode for serialized accounts

Workflow

In order to perform Bin to Bin Transfer using HHT Device, first you need to create a batch in web application. Refer to the article till step 3 'Creating In-House Adjustment' . After creating transfer batch, you can use either web or android app to proceed with transferring the items. 


For Non Serialized Accounts


In Android:

STEP 1: Click on Bin to Bin transfer.



STEP 2: Here, you can see the batches created for bin-to-bin transfer. Select the batch you want to transfer now.



STEP 3: Scan the SKU/EAN/UoM or enter manually and click on Next



STEP 4: Select the inventory status from which you wish to move the SKU/EAN/UoM.



STEP 5: Scan or enter the old/current bin's name



STEP 6: Scan the New Bin



STEP 7: Once the scanning is complete, enter the batch ID/name, the quantity you want to transfer and the reason for transferring. Once all the details are entered, slide to complete the transfer



The transfer is successfully complete.


For Serialized Accounts (without continuous scan)

In Android:

STEP 1: Click on Bin to Bin transfer.



STEP 2: Here, you can see the batches created for bin-to-bin transfer. Select the batch you want to transfer now.


Step 3: Scan the Serial or enter manually and click on Next



Step 4: Select the inventory status from which you wish to move the Serial and then Scan or enter the old/current bin's name.



Step 5: Transfer will be completed successfully.


For Serialized Accounts (with continuous scan)

For serialised accounts, continuous scanning will be enabled if the feature is enabled at the backend. This functionality enables you to consecutively scan all serials designated for placement in a single bin.

STEP 1: Click on Bin to Bin transfer.



STEP 2: Here, you can see the batches created for bin-to-bin transfer. Select the batch you want to transfer now.


Step 3: Scan the Old/Current Bin


Step 4: Scan the new Bin


Step 5: After the bins are scanned, scan the serial/serials.


Step 6: Once all the serials are scanned, select "No More Serials to Scan"


Step 7: Mention the Transfer Batch Code and the reason for transferring the inventory. Slide right to complete the process.



The inventory will be transferred successfully.
