Integrating Shopify for Zopping Hyperlocal Orders

Integrating Shopify for Zopping Hyperlocal Orders

Overview

The Zopping Hyperlocal Orders integration enables sellers to import Shopify orders into EasyEcom.
Sellers must integrate their Shopify store with EasyEcom. Orders are imported directly from Shopify and processed through the Zopping Hyperlocal workflow in EasyEcom.

Prerequisites

Before configuring the integration, ensure the following:

  • The Shopify store is integrated with EasyEcom.
  • The seller has coordinated with the Zopping team to obtain the required Store IDs (Tags).

Workflow

Step 1: Open Add Channels

Go to: Settings → Add Channels

Step 2: Select Shopify

From the available channels, select Shopify.

Step 3: Complete the Shopify integration by following the standard Shopify authorization process.

Step 4: Share Store Mapping Details

After Shopify has been integrated, share the following details with the EasyEcom Integration Team:

  • Shopify Store IDs (Tags)
  • Corresponding EasyEcom Location Keys

This mapping is required to ensure that Shopify orders are imported into the correct EasyEcom location.

Important Notes

  • Orders are imported directly from Shopify.
  • Store mapping is mandatory. The seller must share the Shopify Store IDs (Tags) and the corresponding EasyEcom Location Keys with the EasyEcom Integration Team.
  • After an order is imported into EasyEcom, it is initially created in the Failed Order status.
  • Approximately 5 minutes after import, inventory is automatically allocated to the order.
  • Once inventory allocation is complete, the order is processed by the Zopping team.
