Integrating UC-OMS with EasyEcom

By following the below-mentioned procedure you can easily integrate UC-OMS with EasyEcom. 

Step 1: On the dashboard, click on the “Three dots aka meatball menu”


Step 2: Click on the “Account Settings” option

Once you click on the meatball menu, you will see the following fly-out menu:


Here click on the “Account Settings” option. 

Step 3: Click on “Add Channels”

Once you click on Account Settings you will be navigated to the following page:
Here click on “Add Channels”.


Step 4: Select Marketplace “UC-OMS”

Once you click on “Add Channels” you will be navigated to the following page:



Here please click on the “UC-OMS” button. 
Once you click on it the following pop-up will appear:

You are required to enter your Username, Password, Base URL, Facility code & Shipping provider code in the required columns. 

Step 5: Finding Required UC-OMS details:

Username and Password will be your Unicommerce Credentials.

Base URL- This field will be the Initial Unicommerce Login URL eg: while logging in the Client account location the Base URL will be like: abcd.unicommerce.co.in/abcd.unicommerce.com, so here we need to add the Entire base URL to integrate the channel


Facility Code:
  1. Navigate to settings then select Facilities as guided in the SS below:
     
  2. Now Select the facility that needs to be integrated and enter the Facility code as guided in the screenshot.

The Shipping Provider code will be the Carrier integrator code in Unicommerce through which EE will pass tracking status Updates over to Unicommerce for any SelfShip Order.
To Find the Shipping provider Code please follow below steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings, then select Shipping providers
    .
  2. Now Create a shipping provider with given reference access and enable all the settings against the carrier provider as given below,
  3. Please make sure all the Selfship shipments created in the location gets assigned to the given carrier location and configure the allocation rule accordingly on Unicommerce.

Once you have entered all the details in the pop-up click on the “Add Channels” button. 

 

Note: If you enable the "Create Products Automatically" option, EasyEcom will automatically create a Master SKU of all your listed SKUs in UC-OMS. This is the easiest way to mirror the catalogue from UC-OMSto EasyEcom.

If you choose to not enable “Create Products Automatically”, you will have to upload the product master manually and map it with your UC-OMS listings. 

 

You have now successfully integrated UC-OMS with EasyEcom. 


Important Notes:

  1. The Orders are required to be in Package created and Fullfillable status on UC to be successfully imported in EasyEcom dashboard.
  2. Any Routing configuration for Selfship orders are required to be configured on UC Panel directly
  3. All the Marketplace channels are required to be Integrated on UC panel directly.
  4. Any Batch level Order or Inventory Updates aren't supported in the current Integration; hence the Batch level configuration should be turned off
  5. The Invoice series is required to be configured on the UC panel before the Integration.
  6. The User credentials are required to have the access for integrated facility on UC panel.
