Integrating Flipkart Health Plus-B2C with EasyEcom

By following the below-mentioned procedure you can easily integrate Flipkart Health Plus B2C with EasyEcom.

Step 1: On the dashboard, click on the “Three dots aka meatball menu”


Step 2: Click on the “Account Settings” option.

Once you click on the meatball menu, you will see the following fly-out menu:
 Here click on the “Account Settings” option. 

Step 3: Click on “Add Channels”

Once you click on Account Settings you will be navigated to the following page:


Here click on “Add Channels”.

Step 4: Select Marketplace: “Flipkart Health Plus B2C ”

Once you click on “Add Channels” you will be navigated to the following page:

Here please click on the “Flipkart Health Plus B2C” button. 
Once you click on it the following pop-up will appear:
 

 
You are required to enter your Client ID, APOB ID and Distributor APOB ID column respectively. 
This Client ID, APOB ID and Distributor APOB ID will be provided by Flipkart Health Plus team.
 
After you provide these details click on the “Add Channels” button. 
 
Note: If you are required to Map the EasyEcom products mapped to your Flipkart product IDs,

Step 5: Import your Flipkart Health Plus B2C Product Listings in EasyEcom

- You are required to initially create or update your "Seller product ID/Seller SKU" on Flipkart health Plus Listings Catalog This can be your EE master SKU or any identifier of your choice


- To import your product listing, first navigate to “Inventory>>Manage Listings”. 

Here click on the “Import Listing” button. 



-Then click on the “Download Template Sheet” button. 
In the Import Listings excel file,
Enter your  'Seller product ID/Seller SKU' in SKU, Listing Reference Number and Identifier column. 
Enter your FKH product ID in "GUID"
"Seller product ID/Seller SKU" & "FKH product ID" will be shared from Flipkart health plus team



Step 6: Map your Products with EasyEcom 

Please follow the manual mapping process to map your Flipkart Health+ products with EasyEcom. 
 
You have now successfully integrated Flipkart Health Plus-B2C with EasyEcom.

Important Notes:
  1. For Seller Cancellation cases from EE to FKH, you can cancel the complete order from the Order details page, 
    Please Note: The Seller cancellations can only be pushed before Order Confirmation to Flipkart-Health.

  2. For partial order processing you'll need to split the current order into 2 shipments and then Delete (cancel and rename) the unrequired shipment.
