Integrating Amazon Bopis with EasyEcom

Users can very easily integrate their Amazon Bopis account with EasyEcom by following the below-mentioned procedure. 

Step 1: On the dashboard, click on the “Three dots aka meatball menu”



Step 2: Click on the “Account Settings” option

Once you click on the meatball menu, you will see the following fly-out menu:



Here click on “Add Channels”.

Step 4: Select Marketplace: “Amazon Bopis” 

Once you click on “Add Channels” you will be navigated to this page:




Here please click on the “Amazon Bopis” button. 

Once you click on it the following pop-up will appear:


Step 5: How to Authorize for Amazon Bopis with EasyEcom?

Once you'll Click on the Add channel button You'll be Redirected to the given page on SellerCentral
Please Enter your Amazon Bopis account credentials for Authorization,



Once You are logged in, the given page will be visible: 
Please proceed ahead with the Confirmation button in the below page:



You'll be Redirected to the given page, Here you are required to Fill the below form for adding the Amazon Bopis Location in EasyEcom. 




 

Note: If you enable the "Create Products Automatically" option, EasyEcom will automatically create a Master SKU of all your listed SKUs in Amazon Bopis. This is the easiest way to mirror the catalogue from Amazon Bopis to EasyEcom.

If you choose to not enable “Create Products Automatically”, you will have to upload the product master manually and map it with your Amazon listings. 



You have now successfully integrated Amazon Bopis with EasyEcom.

1.     What is BOPIS?

Apart from providing delivery of your products to customers, Amazon now allows you to offer In-store pickup from your store. With this, you can now enable customer pickups from your store (or multiple stores) using your existing seller central account.

2.      What is the benefit of BOPIS?

Customers can now pick up their orders from your store within 2 hours of order placement. You will be able to save on delivery costs & see an increase in offline footfall in your store.

    3.      I have 3 stores in the city, will customers be able to choose BOPIS option from any of the 3 stores for inventory present? 
Currently our system auto selects the store closest to the customer (<5Km) and surfaces the single store under BOPIS option on check out page.

4.      How do I sign up for BOPIS?

You need to have Self-Ship or Selected Self-Ship enabled on your Amazon Seller Central account. Post that you need to reach out to localshops@amazon.com to request for BOPIS enablement or reach out to EasyEcom AM to help you with this

5.      What are the steps I need to take to enable BOPIS?

 

a.      Once you receive an intimation from localshops@amazon.com or EasyEcom, you will need to go and enable In-store pickup ship option on your shipping template


b.      Assign the shipping template with In-store pickup ship option to your offers on Manage your Inventory


 

6.      How do I ensure customers only come to my store during my shops operating times? Will I get time to prepare the order before customers come to pick up their orders?

         You will need to configure store closure time and indicate pickup handling time (i.e. the no. of hours before closure that will you accept orders) in the shipping template. The shop closure time and cut off time and can be set at a shop level. 

7.      Can I configure Shipping fees for BOPIS option?

No. Since customers are visiting the shop to pick up their order, we expect no shipping fees to be set up for BOPIS ship option

8.      How do I identify and process BOPIS orders?

In MYO, BOPIS orders are highlighted as “Instore Pickup” orders with pick up by date and pick up ready date being indicated to seller. You will fulfill orders via console on EasyEcom

9.   How will customer return work?

Customers can inspect the product as part of the pick-up and you can replace the defective product at the time of order pick up similar to an offline transaction. In case customer wants to return the product, post pick up within the return policy window, amazon will facilitate pickup from customer address and deliver to your shop. 

10.   What if the customer does not come to pick up their orders? Will the orders get auto-cancelled?

Customers have 5 days to pick up their orders from pick-up date. You can cancel the order post 5 days and Amazon will refund the order value to the customer. 

 

11.   What are the performance standard I need to maintain to offer BOPIS?

You will need to maintain the same performance guardrails across CR & LSR as required for Easy Ship program.

12. Order Processing for BOPIS Orders 
Order processing will remain exactly same as general mp order,

13. Inventory management for BOPIS across multiple stores 
Entirely same as Amazon.in integration, all the inventory updates will be pushed at any +/- transaction in Easyecom

14. Will the Stores get Easyecom panel access 
Yes, Each store will have a unique location created in EasyEcom account. 

15. Will the seller get store wise data in Tally 
If the seller has a Tally account, then Tally integration will help to get store-wise data i.e. store wise location created in EasyEcom. 

16. Is there any maximum limit to add pickup locations
The pickup location threshold confirmation is pending from Amazon end, will update this shortly (PENDING)

17. Where do we add multiple pickup locations 
In EasyEcom, for each store a new easyecom location will be created in the seller's account wrt different bopis locations on Amazon.

18. Do we need to record returns in Easyecom as well
Return module will function same as Amazon.in integration .

19. Will the listings get auto imported with successful Integration
Yes, Auto-Import is available.

20. Will the locations be auto created with this integration?will the BOPIS need to be integarted on each store location?
No, Manual location creation will be required to do in seller's account. All store locations needs to be integrated with BOPIS channel separately.
