How to Change EasyEcom Credentials

You can change your EasyEcom password from the Change Credentials section in Settings.

Password Requirements

The password must:
  • Be more than 8 characters long.
  • Contain at least one uppercase letter.
  • Contain at least one lowercase letter.
  • Contain at least one special character.
  • Contain at least one digit.

How to Set or Change Your Password

Step 1: Open Settings

Log in to your EasyEcom account and click the Settings icon from the top-right corner of the screen.


Step 2: Select Change Credentials

From the Settings menu, click Change Credentials.


Step 3: Enter the New Password

On the Change Credentials page:
  1. Verify your Current Email.
  2. Enter your Current Password.
  3. Enter the required password in New Password.
  4. Re-enter the password in Confirm Password.
  5. Select Logout from all other devices if you want to sign out of your EasyEcom account on other devices.
  6. Click Save.

Note for Google/Microsoft Sign-In Users

If you sign in to EasyEcom using Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft, you may not use an EasyEcom password during your regular login. EasyEcom supports Google and Microsoft as passwordless sign-in methods.
