This guide explains how to integrate Zepto EDI with EasyEcom and manage Zepto Purchase Orders through EasyEcom.
Prerequisite
Before initiating the Zepto B2B integration, ask the client to email rohith.n@zeptonow.com (Zepto Team) with their Vendor Code(s) to have their account enabled for the integration. The integration cannot proceed until Zepto activates the required access on their end.
Workflow
Step 1: Set Up Product Creation and Listing Mapping
Before proceeding with the integration, ensure that the required Zepto products are mapped in EasyEcom.
You can manage product creation and listing mapping using the following methods:
A. Automatic Product Creation and Mapping
While adding the Zepto EDI channel, enable Create Products Automatically to automatically create and map the available Zepto products in EasyEcom.
B. Manual Listing Mapping
If Create Products Automatically is not enabled, manually map the Zepto listings with the corresponding EasyEcom Master SKUs.
Ensure that the required Zepto products are listed and mapped correctly before processing Purchase Orders.
The Zepto integration setup also requires the relevant SKU IDs, Vendor Code, and Store Codes.
Step 2: Navigate to Add Channels
Go to: Settings → Add Channels
Step 3: Select Zepto EDI
Select Zepto EDI from the available channels.
Step 4: Enter Channel Details
Enter the required Zepto EDI integration credentials:
-
Vendor Code
-
Payment Mode
-
Sales Channel, if required
After entering the required details, click Add Channel.
Once the channel is added successfully, the Zepto EDI integration is connected with EasyEcom.
How the Zepto EDI Integration Works
The integration supports the following order-related operations:
-
Purchase Order Fetch: Purchase Orders are imported from Zepto into EasyEcom.
-
ASN Creation: ASN details are sent from EasyEcom to Zepto after order processing.
-
ASN Cancellation: Existing ASNs can be cancelled through the integration.
