Role Type: Vendor Admin
The users who have been given the role type of Vendor admin will have access to complete EasyEcom panel from order processing activity to reporting section. It is recommended to provide this access only to a user who requires complete access to EasyEcom’s panel.
They will have the option to create access to other users in EasyEcom.
Role Type: Warehouse Manager.
A Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations within a warehouse facility. Their main duties include managing inventory, handling logistics and distribution, supervising a team of warehouse personnel, implementing process improvements, etc.
In EasyEcom, they will have access to modules related to Order processing, Inventory management, and reports related to orders and Inventory. They will have access to create batches for the pending orders and assign Picker and Packer against them.
Their access can be limited to a single warehouse or multiple warehouses depending on Vendor Admin preference.
Role Type: Picker:
The primary responsibility of a Picker is to pick and select items from the warehouse inventory based on the orders received. They use an order paper picklist or digital devices (HHT) to identify the items and quantities required for each order.
In EasyEcom they will have access only to order batches that have been assigned to them by the Warehouse Manager.
Their access will be limited to only a single warehouse.
Role Type: Packer
The Packer in a warehouse plays a vital role in preparing customer orders for shipment. Their primary responsibility is to carefully and efficiently package the items selected by the Pickers. As the final step in the order fulfillment process, the Packer ensures that the items are securely packed, properly labeled, and ready for delivery to customers. They also contribute to maintaining a clean and organized packing area within the warehouse. The Packer's attention to detail and commitment to quality packaging is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and the safe transportation of goods.
In EasyEcom they will have access only to order batches that have been assigned to them by the Warehouse Manager.
Their access will be limited to only a single warehouse.
Role Type: Finance Manager
The Finance Manager in an e-commerce company is a key figure responsible for overseeing and managing the financial aspects of the company's online retail operations. Their primary role involves financial planning, budgeting, and analysis specific to the e-commerce sector. They track and analyze e-commerce revenue, expenses, and profitability, identifying trends and providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
They will have access to complete report section along with an option to sync data from EasyEcom to their ERP system like Tally, SAP etc.
Their access can be limited to single warehouse or multiple warehouses depending on Vendor Admin p reference.
