Updating your Basic Company Information


Configuring your Company Profile with EasyEcom is a simple 4 step process. 

Step 1: On the dashboard, click on the “Three dots aka meatball menu”



Step 2: Click on the “Account Settings” option

Once you click on the meatball menu, you will see the following fly-out menu:


Here click on the “Account Settings” option. 


Step 3: Edit company info

Once you click on Account Settings you will be navigated to the following page:



Here click on the “Edit Info” button. 

Step 4: Enter your Company details

Enter the necessary company details. 



Company Name- Enter your Company name

Mobile Number- Enter your Mobile number

Tax Identification Number- Enter  your Tax Identification Number (GST for Indian sellers)

Customer support Email- Enter Customer Email Id (EasyEcom will contact you on this id)

Customer support contact number - Enter support contact number (EasyEcom will contact you on this number)

Then please click on the “Update” button. 


Once you click on it the following pop-up will appear:




You have now successfully configured your Company Profile in EasyEcom.
