Update Product Attributes in EasyEcom


You may sometimes have to update your product details like cost, image, dimensions, etc to ensure that the correct product attributes are listed on marketplaces. 

In order to do that, you have to edit the product attributes sheet uploaded in

the system. 

Please follow the below-mentioned procedure to edit the product attributes sheet. 

Step 1: In the toggle menu, navigate to “Masters>>Product Master”



Step 2: Click on the “Cloud” button

Once you click on Product Master you will be navigated to the following page:



Here click on the “Cloud” Button.


Once you click on it, the following pop-up will appear on the web page:




Step 3: Download Product List

Click the “Export” button to download the Product List excel file. 


Step 4: Update Details 

In this excel file, you can update the existing details or add new details like: 

  1. Product Name 
  2. Description
  3. Image URL 
  4. MRP
  5. Cost
  6. EAN/UPC Number
  7. Color 
  8. Size 
  9. Brand 
  10. Weight 
  11. Product Dimensions 
  12. Accounting SKU 
  13. Accounting Unit
  14. Inventory Threshold 

Step 5: Upload file 

After making changes in the Product List excel file, upload this file to EasyEcom. To upload your file, on the “Product Master” screen,  click on the “Update Products” button. 





Once you click on it, the “Update Products” pop-up will be visible on your screen. 



Here, first, click on the “Choose File” button, and select the Product List excel file from your system.  Then click on the “Submit” button. 


Note: You can update product details for 5000 SKUs in a single go. 

You have now successfully updated Product Attributes in EasyEcom.
