Track & report sales channels for your B2B business

In EasyEcom you can easily track the sales order count across various sales channels, this will help you in identifying which channels are generating the highest revenue. 


To track B2B orders at sales channel level please follow the below-mentioned procedure. 


Step 1: In the toggle menu navigate to “Masters>>Customer Master”


Add sales channel for an existing B2B customer:

If you want to add a Sales Channel for an existing B2B Customer, click on the “hamburger menu” and select “Edit Company Details” option. 




Once you click on it the “Edit Details” pop-up will appear:




Here write your Sales Channel and then click on the “Submit” button. 


Add sales channel for a new B2B customer:

Click on the “hamburger menu” and select “Add New Customer” option. 



Once you click on it the Add Customer pop-up will appear:




Here write your Sales Channel and then click on the “Submit” button. 


You can now track your sales channels.
