Integrating Shopee with EasyEcom

This guide explains how to connect your Shopee store with EasyEcom using the Shopee authorization flow.

Prerequisites

  • A valid Shopee seller account.

  • Access to the Shopee account or merchant account that needs to be connected with EasyEcom.

Step 1: Navigate to Add Channels

Click on the Settings (⚙️) icon in the top-right corner.


Click on Add Channels.


You will be redirected to the channel selection page.

Step 2: Select Shopee

Click on Shopee from the available channel list & Click on Add Channel.


Step 3: Login to Shopee

You will be redirected to the Shopee authorization page.

Enter your Shopee account credentials and click on Log In.

Depending on the account used for login, you may see different authorization options.

Shop Account Authorization

If you are authorizing a shop account, continue with the shop authorization flow.

Main Account Authorization

If you are using a main account, click on Switch to Sub Account and proceed with the authorization flow.


Step 4: Complete Verification

Enter the verification code received from Shopee and click on Verify.


Step 5: Select Shop(s)

Select the shop(s) that should be connected with EasyEcom.

Step 6: Confirm Authorization

Click on Confirm Authorization to complete the authorization process..


Once authorization is completed successfully, the Shopee store is connected with EasyEcom.

Info
If the authorization is removed or expires, the Shopee account must be authorized again to continue synchronization between Shopee and EasyEcom.

FAQs

1. The Shopee channel was connected earlier but is no longer syncing.
The authorization may have expired or been removed. Re-authorize the Shopee account and verify the connection.
