Integrating Shipmaxx Outbound with EasyEcom

This article explains how to configure the ShipMaxx carrier integration in EasyEcom for shipment creation, reverse shipment creation, shipment cancellation, tracking updates, and label generation.

Step 1: Navigate to Carrier Master

Masters > Carrier Master


Step 2: Click on 'Add New' and Select 'Shipmaxx Outbound' from the dropdown


Step 3: Enter Carrier Credentials:

  • Enter Carrier Username and Carrier Password
  • Enter the Client / API Token in the Token field
  • Enter the Account Number / ID
Info
For Carrier Listing, the X-API-KEY is mandatory.
Extra Credential Configuration
  • Extra Credential 1
     Enter the Carrier Base URL:

    https://qa-new-api.shipmaxx.in/

  • Extra Credential 2
     Enter the following values in a single field (comma-separated with spaces):

    email, password, location_key

    • Email → API user email created in EasyEcom
    • Password → Password of the above API user
    • Location Key → Seller token of the warehouse where the carrier is configured
Click Save.

Carrier becomes available in Carrier Master and can be used during shipment processing.
