Integrating SharkShip Outbound with EasyEcom
This guide explains how to configure the SharkShip carrier integration in EasyEcom for shipment creation and shipment cancellation.
Step 1: Navigate to Carrier Master
Masters > Carrier Master
Step 2: Click on 'Add New' and Select 'Sharkship Outbound' from the dropdown
Step 3: Enter Carrier Credentials:
- Enter Carrier Username and Carrier Password
- Enter the Client / API Token in the Token field (if provided).
- Enter the Account Number / ID
Extra Credential Configuration
- Extra Credential 1
Enter the Carrier Base URL: Extra Credential 2
Enter the following values in a single field (comma-separated with spaces):email, password, location_key- Email → API user email created in EasyEcom
- Password → Password of the above API user
- Location Key → Seller token of the warehouse where the carrier is configured
Click Save.
The integration supports Shipment Creation & Cancellation
Carrier becomes available in Carrier Master and can be used during outbound shipment processing.
