Assumptions
POs are created by MP and sent via emails to the seller
Sellers must activate auto-forwarding of PO emails to email.int@easyecom.io. Sellers must ensure that only emails containing POs for Zepto are forwarded automatically. To know how to set up mail forwarding in gmail, Click here. To do mail forwarding EE needs to approve the forwarding at our end from Gmail.
Steps
- Just go to the integration screen
- Click on Zepto card
- Add the details and submit
Parameter | Value/ Description |
Sender Email Id | Add Comma separated all the sender email id’s from which the seller will receive PO from the the Quick Commerce Marketplace. Example: zepto1@zepto.com,zepto2@zepto.com,….. |
Recipient Email ID Mail forwarding setup | Add all the recipient email id’s of seller1(Comma separated) at which he receives the PO from the Quick Commerce Marketplace. Example: seller1@gmail.com,seller2@gmail.com,… To do mail forwarding EE needs to approve the forwarding at our end from Gmail. Note: If seller has not set auto forwarding email, but is manually forwarding them, then Sender Email Id will be replaced by Recipient Email ID (email.int@easyecom.io) |
PinCode Vs WH Mapping Product (SKU) Creation | When a seller creates an account on Quick Commerce Marketplace, he has to provide the WH by which he will be fulfilling the inventory against each Quick Commerce Marketplace warehouse, it could be one to one or one to many. In EasyEcom integration screen, user will have to provide the mapping of EasyEcom WH’s pincode to EasyEcom WH token, so that EasyEcom could understand from which WH, the seller will be fulfilling the PO. Ex: {"location1": [12346, 54648], "location2": [12346, 54648, 45099, 8806], "location3": [560103]} For Zepto EE SKU = SKU Code at Zepto |
