Quick Commerce Integration - Big Basket


By following the steps below, you can integrate Big basket with EasyEcom.

Assumptions

  1. POs are created by MP and sent via emails to the seller.
  2. Sellers must activate auto-forwarding of PO emails to email.int@easyecom.io. Sellers must ensure that only emails containing POs for BigBasket are forwarded automatically. To know how to set up mail forwarding in gmail, Click hereTo do mail forwarding EE needs to approve the forwarding at our end from Gmail. 

Important Points

  1. The combination of sender and recipient email IDs should be unique for each integrated quick commerce marketplace.
  2. For example, if in BigBasket the sender email ID is abc@gmail.com and the recipient email ID is xyz@gmail.com, then for Swiggy, the combination should be different. Using the same sender (abc@gmail.com) and the recipient (xyz@gmail.com) will not work. The combination must be unique.
  3. Auto mail forwarding should be enabled for the email IDs provided in the recipient email ID.
  4. Integration is to be done in the primary account, and if the fulfillment needs to be processed from the child location, then the Pincode mapping feature is to be used.
  5. Manual Email Forwarding will not work for the integration. Please follow the video below to set up an auto-forwarding email
  6. If the SKU is not mapped, orders will not get imported. SKU needs to be mapped for orders to get imported.
  7. The user can select the payment mode while integrating the quick commerce marketplace.
  8. The Quick Commerce integration must be set up in the Primary account.
  9. Orders will be imported into Open Orders if the "Auto Assign Inventory For B2B Orders at Order Import" option is enabled.
  10. Orders will be imported into Unapproved Orders if the "Auto Assign Inventory For B2B Orders at Order Import" option is disabled.
  11. Orders will be imported based on the PO date specified in the PO.
  12. If the order is fully imported, it can be partially or fully processed. However, if the order is not fully imported, it cannot be processed partially.
  13. If the order is partially processed, it will be split accordingly.

Step 1: Click on the Settings⚙️icon on top the top right corner


Step 2: Click on 'Add Channels'


Once you click on 'Add Channels' you will be navigated to the integrations page.'

Step 3: Select 'Big Basket'



Once you click on it the following pop-up will appear:


You are required to enter the Sender Email ID, Receipient Email ID, select the Payment Mode, and (if applicable) select the Sales Channel.

  • Sales Channel: Select the Sales Channel under which orders should be mapped. Click the ➕ (plus) icon to create a new Sales Channel if it is not already available.
  • The selected Sales Channel will be used for B2B order routing, where applicable.

After adding the seller and recipients email ids , you can do the pin code mapping.

Add all the recipient email id’s of seller1(Comma separated) at which he receives the PO from the Quick Commerce Marketplace.

To do mail forwarding EE needs to approve the forwarding at our end from Gmail. 
PinCode Vs WH Mapping








Product (SKU) Creation
When a seller creates an account on Quick Commerce Marketplace, he has to provide the WH by which he will be fulfilling the inventory against each Quick Commerce Marketplace warehouse, it could be one to one or one to many.
In the EasyEcom integration screen, the user maps PO pin codes to EasyEcom warehouse tokens, allowing EasyEcom to identify the warehouse for PO fulfillment.  Ex: {"location1": [12346, 54648], "location2": [12346, 54648, 45099, 8806], "location3": [560103]}


For BigBasket EE SKU = SKU Code at BigBasket
