Integrating Noon with EasyEcom
This guide explains how Noon orders, shipment creation, AWB mapping, and manifestation are managed through the EasyEcom integration flow.
Step 1: Click on the Settings (⚙️) Icon
Click on the Settings (⚙️) icon in the top-right corner.
Step 2: Click on 'Add Channels'
You will be redirected to the channel selection page.
Step 3: Select 'Noon'
Once you click on it a pop-up will appear requesting the Warehouse ID.
Enter the Warehouse ID and click on Add Channel.

Order Flow
- Noon sends the order details through the configured integration flow.
- Order acknowledgment is completed using the order update endpoint.
- If a suborder needs to be cancelled, it must be cancelled before order confirmation. Once the order is confirmed, the complete shipment gets cancelled instead of individual suborders.
- Shipment is created using the shipment creation endpoint.
- Shipment details are fetched after shipment creation.
- AWB is mapped to the shipment.
- Seller packs the order after shipment creation.
- Manifestation is completed manually through Partner Platform.
- Noon collects the shipment based on warehouse handover settings.
Manifestation Process
Manifestation is completed manually through Partner Platform.
Shipments are not picked automatically unless manifestation is completed.
Step 1: Log in to Noon Partner Platform
Step 2: Configure Warehouse
If a warehouse is not already configured in Noon Partner Platform:
- Navigate to Warehouses.
- Click Add New Warehouse.
- Enter the required warehouse details.
- Click Configure Warehouse.
While configuring the warehouse:
- CLick on Choose Integrator
- Select Webhook as the fulfillment method & enter the URL & API key
- Complete the remaining warehouse configuration and save the changes. Once done, make the warehouse active.
Step 2: Navigate to Manifestation
Navigate to: Fulfilled by Partner → Manifestation
Step 3: Select Warehouse
Select the required warehouse from the warehouse dropdown. Warehouse ID is required during Noon integration setup.
Step 4: Click on Create Manifest
Step 5: Enter Shipment Count & Save Changes
Enter the number of shipments to hand over & Click on Save Changes to create the manifestation.
Important Operational Notes
- Orders remain Pending until acknowledged.
- Repeated acknowledgment failures may move orders to Killed status.
- Shipments are not picked automatically unless manifestation is completed.
- AWB mapping is required for shipment processing.
