How to Link Packet QR for Meesho Orders

Overview

Link Packet QR allows you to link a Meesho packing material packet with an order using the Tracking Number (AWB) and Packet QR Code

Process Flow

Ready to Dispatch → Link Packet QR → Scan Tracking Number (AWB) → Scan Packet QR Code → Wait for Confirmation

Steps

  1. Go to Orders → Print Labels → Ready to Dispatch → Click Link Packet QR.


  2. In the Link Packet QR window:
    • Scan the Tracking Number (AWB).
    • Scan the Packet QR Code.


  3. The system automatically attempts to process the linking after both details are scanned.
  4. Wait for the confirmation before processing another request.

Important

  • The order is processed through the normal order-processing flow before using Link Packet QR:
    1. The order is imported into New Orders.
    2. Confirm the order.
    3. After confirmation, use Link Packet QR from Ready to Dispatch.
  • Use a barcode scanner for scanning the Tracking Number and Packet QR Code. The scanner is recommended for this process.
  • The Link Packet QR action is not editable.
  • Once the information is updated, it cannot be changed later. Verify the Tracking Number and Packet QR Code before scanning.
