Manifest generation from EasyEcom

How to generate manifest:

Follow the below steps to generate a manifest:

STEP 1: Navigate to the manifest page

Go to the navigation menu > Orders > Generate pickup manifest

STEP 2: Create a manifest batch

a) Click on "Create manifest batch"-



b) Select the marketplace and carrier for which you want to send the shipment-



Note: 3PL aggregators need to select the client name as well-



c) Click on create. A manifest batch will be created-



STEP 3: Open the batch which you created by clicking on the manifest number-


STEP 4: Scan the shipments and add them to the batch-

Scan the tracking number to add the shipment to the batch:



All the scanned shipments in the batch will reflect in the table-



STEP 5: Generate manifest-

Once all the required manifests are added, you can generate the manifest 



Packing material activation on the manifest page:

If you have activated the packing material setting on the manifest page, it will be mandatory to select the packing material in order to generate the manifest-



To increase the quantity of the same packing material, scan the packing material again. 

Bulk manifest:

a) You can add the shipments to the manifest batch in bulk by clicking on the "+" plus icon. 

The below modal will open. This screen reflects all the shipments that are ready to be manifested for that marketplace and carrier partner.



b) Select all the shipments that you want to add and click on "Add to manifest"-
