Inventory Snapshot
Inventory snapshot reports help retailers in keeping a track of their inventory and thereby help you in inventory analytics.
EasyEcom’s inventory snapshot is beneficial to retailers like you as it provides you with:
1. Status Report- This report shows your inventory status based on inventory available, count of
inventory reserved, inventory lost, and inventory damaged.
2. Shelf Report - The report gives you the count of inventory available in bins/shelf/rack.
3. Expiry Report- The report informs you in how many days your products will expire. This is
particularly helpful for FMCG retailers as they deal in perishable commodities.
4. Combo Inventory Report- This report gives you the count of inventory available for your virtual combo, and its components.
5. Reserve Inventory Report- The report gives the count of inventory which is reserved for a particular order which is not yet processed.
In order to access your inventory Snapshot, please follow the below-mentioned procedure
Step 1: In the toggle menu, navigate to “Reports>>Inventory Report>>Inventory Stock Status”
Step 2: Select the report you want to download
Once you complete Step 1 you will be navigated to the following page:
Please “Select Report Type” you want to download, and then click on the “Queue Report” button.
Step 3: Download your Report
Once you click on the “Queue Report” button the following pop-up will appear:
This means you can now download your report from the exports job.
Please click on the file you want to download.
You have now successfully downloaded your Inventory Report.
