Integrating Stumbl with EasyEcom

Integrate Stumbl with EasyEcom by following below-mentioned steps:

Step 1: Go to the meatball menu (three dots) > Account settings


Step 2: Go to Add Channels


Step 3: Select "Stumbl" 


Step 4: Add dummy credentials

Add any email and password as dummy credentials and click on Add Channel.


Step 5: Go to "Sync Channels"


Step 6: Turn on the API mode

Click on the checkbox and turn on the API mode for Stumbl


Step 7: Go to "Users" and create a new standard user 



Select the role type as "API user" - 



Add all the mandatory details and create the user.

Step 8: Give credentials and xAPI key to the Stumbl team

Give your E-mail ID and password of the user which you just created to the Stumbl team.

Also, give your xAPI key to Stumbl. xAPI key can be found in the "Change credentials" tab-


Step 9: Configure webhook settings

Go to the webhook settings page:
Click on Meatball menu (3 dots) -> Account Settings -> Other settings -> Webhook Settings

Configure "RTD" and "Create Order" webhook trigger

Create  & RTD: https://backend.stumbl.co/easyecom/OrderStatus Action should be V2 
Inventory Update: https://backend.stumbl.co/easyecom/Inventory Action should be V1

Note:

  1. Stumbl will fetch the product catalog from EasyEcom.
  2. Listings will be managed by the marketplace.
  3. When an order is created in the marketplace, it will automatically be fetched in EasyEcom.
  4. Only delivered returns will be shown as "Pending returns" in EasyEcom. 
  5. Cancellation will only be fetched from the marketplace.
