Integrating Shiprocket-International with EasyEcom

By following the below-mentioned procedure you can easily integrate ShipRocket International with EasyEcom. 

Step 1: In the toggle menu, navigate to “Masters>>Carrier Master”




Step 2: Click on the “Add New” button

Once you click on Carrier Master you will be navigated to the following page: 




Here click on the “Add New” button.

Note: If you have already integrated other shipping carriers please scroll down to find the “Add New” button.


Step 3: Select ShipRocket International



  1. Enter API Username in Username field column.
  2. Enter API Password in Password column.
  3. Enter igstPaymentStatus in Extra Credentials 1:
    1. 'A' => 'Not Applicable',
    2. 'B' => 'LUT or Export under bond',
    3. 'C' => 'Export against payment of IGST' (In this case please get the Invoice LUT type changed by contacting our support Team)
    4. Values shall be passed as  A,B,C
  4. Enter termsOfInvoice in Extra Credentials 2,
    1. Possible Values: 'FOB' or 'CIF'
  5. Enter IOSS in Extra Credentials 3 (only for EU_Countries and should be of min 12 length) [Optional]
How to generate API Username and API Password
1. Login to ShipRocket
2. On the left side, click on API.
3. Create a new API user and the same username and password should be updated in EasyEcom.
4.  Location ID goes in token field
       How to get location ID: Login to Shiprocket -> Settings -> Company -> Pickup Address

Then click on the “Save” button. 

Please reach out to ShipRocket Team for the username, password, termsOfInvoice, IOSS & igstPaymentStatus details. 

Please Note: Shiprocket International is currently only Enabled for Shipping country: USA ;

You have now successfully integrated ShipRocket International with EasyEcom.
