Integrating Eshopbox with EasyEcom
This article explains how to integrate Eshopbox with EasyEcom.
Step 1: Install the EasyEcom App in Eshopbox
Log in to the Eshopbox account and Navigate to:
Apps
- Search for EasyEcom.
- Open the EasyEcom app.
The following credentials are generated automatically:
- Client ID
- Client Secret
- Refresh Token
These credentials are required while configuring Eshopbox in EasyEcom.
Step 2: Configure Shipping Mode
Configure the required shipping mode in your Eshopbox account before requesting shipping labels.

Step 3: Configure Eshopbox in EasyEcom
Navigate to:
Masters > Carrier Master
Click Add New and select Eshopbox from the carrier dropdown.
Enter the following details:

| Extra Credential 1 | Eshopbox Location Code |
Click Save.
Important Notes
- If no location exists in Eshopbox, enter the EasyEcom Seller ID/Location ID in Extra Credential 1. A new location is created automatically in Eshopbox.
- For multiple warehouses, maintain a different Location Code for each warehouse. The Client ID, Client Secret, and Refresh Token can be reused.
- To enable Eshopbox for returns, contact Eshopbox Support.
Once saved, Eshopbox is available in Carrier Master and can be used for shipment processing.
