By following the below-mentioned procedure you can easily integrate Eshopbox as a Carrier with EasyEcom.
To install the Easyecom app in your Eshopbox workspace, you need to follow the below-given steps:
From the header, navigate to Apps.
You will be redirected to the Apps page. Search for Easyecom.
Click on Easyecom app. You will be redirected to the Apps detail page.
You require the Client ID, Client secret and Refresh token on EasyEcom Panel for further configuration
Eshopbox provides two shipping modes:
Eshopbox Standard: Optimised for cost
Eshopbox Express: Optimised for speed
Configuring the shipping mode allows you to prioritize the shipping options available to ship an order. You can use it to split courier allocation based on order value, zone, payment method, location, etc. Learn how to configure shipping mode in Eshopbox.
Note: When requesting a shipping label from Eshopbox, the shipping mode will be assigned for the order based on the configured rules.
Once you click on Carrier Master you will be navigated to the following page:
Here click on the “Add New” button.
Note: If you have already integrated other shipping carriers please scroll down to find the “Add New” button.
Select your Carrier as “Eshopbox ” from the drop-down options.
- Select Serviceability Type as per your requirement
- Enter the Client ID in Username,
- Enter Client Secret in the Password field,
- Enter Refresh Token in the Token field,
- Enter the location code in Extra Credential 1; Location code can be found on your Eshopbox panel against the existing location,
Then click on the “Save” button.
Important points:
Incase no location exists on Eshopbox, you can directly enter EasyEcom seller id/location id as Extra Credential 1 and the system will automatically generate a new location against the EasyEcom integrated location on Eshopbox.- Sellers has to maintain different location codes on EasyEcom but can use the same username, password and the token values for integration on any additonal warehouses
