Please follow the below-mentioned process to integrate Dukaan with EasyEcom.
Step 1: Click on the “Account Settings” option
Once you click on the meatball menu, you will see the following fly-out menu:
Here click on the “Account Settings” option.
Step 2: Click on “Add Channels”
Once you click on Account Settings you will be navigated to the following page:
Here click on “Add Channels”.
Step 3: Select Marketplace “Dukaan”
Here please click on the “Dukaan” button.
Once you click on it the following pop-up will appear:
You can enter Dummy credentials in the Username and Password columns.
Please ask EasyEcom Support to get inventory and order update webhooks configured in the system.
Also on Account Settings >> Sync Channels section, please enable "API Mode".
Note: According to the integration setup, the Dukaan team fetches the catalog from EasyEcom and map them accordingly at their end.
Also, Webhook endpoints are shared by Dukaan Team and need to be configured in seller's EasyEcom account. Please reach out to EasyEcom's support team for the same.
You have now successfully integrated Dukaan with EasyEcom.
