Integrating custom websites with EasyEcom

Integrating custom websites with EasyEcom

Companies often prefer to sell their products on their own websites as it offers them full control over their customer experience. However managing the product catalogues and order management is a difficult job.

With EasyEcom you can enjoy a hassle free online selling experience. To integrate your website please follow the below mentioned process.

Step 1: Create Products in EasyEcom

You can create products in EasyEcom either manually or by using the CreateMasterProduct  API.

Step 2: Get Inventory Details from EasyEcom

You can get all your inventory details by using the getInventoryDetails V2 API. Once you have created products, any changes in the inventory will be reflected in the API.

Step 3: Create Order

Once you have updated your inventory you can easily create your orders manually or by using the CreateOrderAPI. This API will generate your OrderID.

Step 4: Get Status update for orders

To get status updates of your orders, use getAllOrdersV2 API along with updated_after filter.
The filter should be in the format Y-m-d H:i:s, for example 2020-09-10 13:15:59.

Step 5: Cancelling an order via API

If you want to cancel an order, use the cancelOrder API. Cancellations are allowed till the time of either manifest generation or shipment pickup, whichever happens first.
