Integrating Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) with EasyEcom

Purpose

To integrate Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) as a shipping carrier in EasyEcom.

Step 1: Open Integration URL

https://<your-easyecom-domain>/SWA/IntegrationUrl
Replace <your-easyecom-domain> with your actual EasyEcom domain.
Examples:
  • app.easyecom.io
  • app.easyecom.in

Step 2: Sign in with Amazon Credentials

  • Log in using your Amazon Seller credentials.
  • Complete the sign-in process.

 

Step 3: Authorize EasyEcom

  • Tick the required checkbox.
  • Click Confirm.
After confirmation, you will be redirected to the Carrier Master page in EasyEcom.


Step 4: Configure Carrier Settings

On the Carrier Master page:
  1. Set Serviceability Type as:
    To Any Pincode
  2. Enter a number in the Priority column.
    • Orders will be assigned to ATS based on the priority defined.


Integration is now complete.
 
Shipping label customization:
Extra Credential 1 controls the item description format passed to Amazon ATS.
  • Setting Extra Credential 1 to 1 will display Category_ItemName_Quantity in the Item Description on the shipping label.
  • Setting Extra Credential 1 to 2 will display Category_SKU_Quantity in the Item Description on the shipping label.
  • Setting Extra Credential 1 to 3 will display SKU × Quantity in the Item Description on the shipping label
    (for example:     SKU123 × 2).
SKU here denotes Master SKU
  1. Enter the Extra Credentials 2 with "Enable if you want to display the Order number and the collectable amount on the label"
If it is "0" or blank, the Item description on the Shipping Label will show only the item name.
