Integrating Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) with EasyEcom
To integrate your Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) account with EasyEcom please follow the below-mentioned process.
Step 2: Click on the “Account Settings” option
Once you click on the meatball menu, you will see the following fly-out menu:
Here, click on the “Account Settings” option.
Step 3: Click on “Company/Warehouse”
Once you click on Account Settings you will be navigated to the following page:

Here, click on “Company/Warehouse”.
Step 4: Select “Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment"
Once you click on it this pop-up will appear:

You are required to select your Amazon account against which the Amazon channel needs to be integrated,
Enter your Amazon Seller ID/Merchant token, Warehouse name, Shipping Speed Category, Tax Identification Number.
Enter the Order Payment mode and Qty Type to choose the type of Orders to be routed to MCF location,
Please Note: Any Order with 2 Line items with 1qty each will also be treated as Muti-Qty Order
Select Import Return as Completed or Pending based on its status.
If you want to “Get Stock from Marketplace” select option “Yes” otherwise select “No”.
Step 5: Enter “Billing Address” and “Shipping Address”:
Now enter your “Billing Address” and “Shipping Address”.
Then click on the “Save” button.
Step 6: Enable the MCF against the required channels:
You can configure your MCF location on 3 Automated Routing configurations:
Please Note: Proximity Based Routing is not supported for Amazon MCF and hence you'll have to maintain Location based, Pincode based (Forced) & Pincode based (Optional)
For enabling any channel for MCF you are required to add the MCF location as one of the inventory Warehouses in the Add channel in the primary location as guided below:
Step 7: Enable the MCF listing for inventory and order Sync:
All sellers are required to map their Amazon listings on the MCF location with the EasyEcom master SKU for Inventory sync and order sync to be active,
Sellers can download the listing via Account settings>> sync channels >>Sync listing and map across the Master SKU in the MCF location as displayed in the below screenshot:
Please Note: Any product with the same EasyEcom master product will be automatically mapped with respective Amazon MCF listing.

You have now successfully added Amazon Multichannel fulfillment in your EasyEcom warehouses and enabled the self-ship channel against the same.
Important Points:
Current Version of MCF is only supported for non SellerFlex Amazon accounts,
Any brand which has enabled the MCF against the same Amazon Seller Central Merchant id, please contact customer support to enable the same
Before integrating Amazon MCF, please ensure the required Amazon account is integrated in EasyEcom location.
The Channel against which the MCF is required to be enabled should always be available in the Primary location,
Any channel is enabled for MCF will always be Routed through the orders will be by default first routed to MCF location,
Step-6 is required configuration for both order routing to MCF and inventory aggregation to MCF
- Any Order that is routed to MCF will be checked for fulfillment preview
All the MCF orders will by default land into the QC failed status until they are either pushed to MCF for creation or rejected for fullfilment due to any error.
The MCF order will be automatically picked for creation and fulfillment preview every 30 minutes
No Action should be taken against the mcf location orders as the complete processing setup is automated, including the Order creation to MCF, inventory fetch from MCF to EE location, order and tracking status updates.
The seller copy of the MCF orders can be downloaded from the Amazon portal directly, The seller Invoice copy will be incorporated as a later phase of the project.
Any Accounting entry against the MCF orders will be available as part of the general FBA flow, i.e any order processed via MCF is internally routed to FBA warehouses and the FBA related reports will be available
The Shipping speed category can affect the commercial impact of the shipping cost per order it is advisable to consult your amazon POC for the same.
Currently only “standard” shipping speed is live with amazon; Priority and other options are in Amazon team’s pipeline.
The Orders are required to have the Unique Payment transaction ID for MCF due to compliance issues,
An Order with missing Transaction ID will be failed for MCF fulfillment
The Automated transaction ID will be captured by default for only below payment gateways,
Razorpay Secure
PhonePe
Cashfree
Simpl Payments
Shopflo
