Integrating Affordplan (GoFynd OMS) with EasyEcom

This article explains the steps to integrate Affordplan marketplace with Easyecom via GoFynd OMS.

Steps to Integrate Affordplan with Easyecom

Step 1: On the dashboard, click on the “Three dots aka meatball menu”


Step 2: Click on the “Account Settings” option

Once you click on the meatball menu, you will see the following fly-out menu:

Here click on the “Account Settings” option.




Once you click on Account Settings you will be navigated to the following page:

Step 3: Click on “Add Channels” and Select Marketplace 'Affordplan'



Once you click on it system asks for entering details:

Step 4: Enter Credentials:



  • Username: Enter the username in the below format:
    <Username>_<Location ID>
    Example: testuser_ne6238912131

  • Password
    Click Save.

Where to find Location Code

The Location Code must be fetched from the Affordplan Seller Panel.
Steps
  1. Log in to the Affordplan Seller Panel
  2. Navigate to Extensions & Find EasyEcom
  3. Click on the arrow (→) against EasyEcom

Click on (→) Arrow button under Selling Location

Copy the Location Code displayed on the page



Once you have entered all the details in the pop-up click on the “Add Channels” button as shown in Reference Image Below:


Notes

  • Location Code must be appended to the username using an underscore (_)
  • Location Code is fetched only from the Affordplan Seller Panel
  • Do not use Easyecom Masters for location mapping
  • Only Affordplan self-ship orders are fetched and processed
  • Existing GoFynd integrations remain unaffected

Product Creation Behaviour

If Create Products Automatically is enabled:
  • Easyecom automatically creates Master SKUs for all SKUs received from GoFynd (Affordplan)
If disabled:
  • Product master must be uploaded manually and mapped with GoFynd listings before order processing
