Initiate Order Return in EasyEcom


Initiate order return process is required if you are only notified by your customers that they want to return the products. 

Please follow the step-by-step process mentioned below to initiate order return. 

Step 1: Select “Return” tab

On the Order Details page click on the “Return” tab.



Step 2: Select “Initiate Return” 


Here click on “Initiate Return” and select a return reason from the drop-down options. 




Step 3: Select Return Items and Enter Quantity


Select the products your customers want to return and enter the return quantity.   



Then click on “Initiate Return”. 


You can upload product images for your team reference. 



You have now successfully initiated customer return in EasyEcom.
