Whenever you have a need to produce kits / finished good inventory, please use the production order facility to inform your warehouse regarding that. This will provide you necessary tracking, documentation and an instrument for the warehouse to work on. 

Step 1: In the toggle menu, please navigate to “Inventory >> Production Orders”

Step 2: Click on the “Add Order” button

This will lead you to the following page:

Please click on the “Add Order” button.

Step 3: Create your Order

Once you click on Add Order button you will be navigated to the following page:

Here enter your SKU name, quantity, due date, and Production Order No. 

Then click on the “Create Order” button. 

Step 4:  Click on your Kit name under the “KIT/BOM category”

This will lead you to the following page:

Write the quantity you want to produce and the produced quantity. Then click on the “Complete Production” button.

A production order for these kits will be placed and the staff can handle the orders. Upon completion of these production orders, a new inventory will be created for the kit SKU.
