1. Reasons for failed orders? 

If a product inventory or tax rate is not updated, the order is being reflected in failed orders for that particular product.


2. How to update product attributes especially images?

Product attributes can be updated from Product Masters present under the Masters section. Input the details of SKU to be updated, click on the product image, and choose a file to upload.


3. How to update the Tax rate?

The tax rate can be updated from the Tax Master section present under the Masters section. Please follow the link for steps on how Tax rule and Tax rates can be updated for SKUs.


4. Where to check all the sales?

Check your sale details from the Dashboard section. Go to Dashboard --> Sales details --> select the date range you want the details of your sales for.


5. How inventory management will happen in EasyEcom?

Inventory Management can be done in the Inventory section. Navigate to manage inventory and filter your results based on stock level or SKU units.


6. How much time it will take to import orders from the marketplace?

The link will run every 20 min to import new orders.


7. How much time does it take for inventory to update?

The inventory updates instantly. EasyEcom has is real-time inventory update for all the SKUs. 


8. Why master SKU is required?

Master SKU is a unique value assigned to your product in EasyEcom. It is required to map similar products having different SKU in the marketplace. 


9. Can we delete the SKUs once the master SKU is created?

Please note that master SKUs cannot be deleted or changed. However, you can update its status to inactive.
