Go to Settings → Sync Channels and click the Delete icon against the channel you want to remove.
5. What should I check if an order is not imported from a channel?
Before raising an Order Import issue, check:
Whether the channel status is Active.
Whether the order SKU is present in Unmapped Listings.
Whether the order was processed directly from the channel.
