Integrating Custom GSP Channel with EasyEcom

This article explains how to add and configure a Custom GSP channel in EasyEcom using the integration details shared by the service provider.

Prerequisites:

Before configuring a Custom GSP channel, ensure you have:

  • Base URL
  • GST Number
  • Username and Password (for Basic Auth integrations)
  • Static Access Token (for Static Token integrations)

Process Overview

Configure a Custom GSP channel by selecting an integration type, entering the required configuration details, and creating the channel.

Step 1: Open the Custom GSP configuration screen

  1. Click the Settings icon.

  2. Select Add Channels.

  3. Under ERP Tools, click Custom GSP.

The Add Channel window is displayed.

Step 2: Enter the Base URL

In the Base URL field, enter the Base URL provided for the integration.

Step 3: Select the integration type

From the integration type dropdown, select one of the following options:
  • Static Token - Select this option when a static access token is provided for the integration.
  • Basic Auth - Select this option when a username and password are provided for the integration.
  • No Auth - Select this option when authentication is not required for the integration.

Step 4: Enter the required details

The fields available depend on the selected integration type.

Basic Auth

Enter:

  • Username
  • Password
  • GST No (Associated with the account)

Static Token

Enter:

  • Static Access Token
  • GST No (Associated with the account)

No Auth

No authentication details are required.


Step 5: Add the channel

After entering the required details, click Add Channel.

The Custom GSP channel is created successfully.
