Creating Picklist on EasyEcom

An organisation gets multiple orders on a regular basis, and their stock is kept in different bins in their warehouse. 

To fulfill these orders quickly, the organisation creates a picklist in which provides vital information related to SKU quantity and bin location (only applicable in case of WMS). This ensures that the order is fulfilled without any error. 


In EasyEcom, there are two processes to create a Picklist. 

-Normal Process

-Batch Process

Normal Process

Please follow the below-mentioned process to create a Picklist using Normal Process.

Step 1: In the toggle menu, navigate to “Orders>>New Orders”


Step 2: Click on the “Print Picklist” button

In the New Orders webpage please click on the “Print Picklist” button. 


Once you click on it a picklist excel file will be downloaded in your system. 


Batch Process

First please ensure that:
 -You have activated the Batch Order Processing Mode
- Created a Batch and added orders in it.

Now follow the below-mentioned process to create a Picklist using Batch Process.

Step 1: In the toggle menu, navigate to “Orders>>Order Batches”


Step 2: Click on the “Print Picklist” button 



Once you click on it, a picklist pdf file for a particular Batch Code will be downloaded in your system. 


Based on your preference please decide the process you want to follow and create a picklist that will help you in fulfilling your orders. 


The WMS app now provides tracking of fragile products during the picking process. Fragile tag is shown at the bottom of the product image.

Fragile tag can be added to any product from custom fields in Product master.
