Feature Description
Cycle count is the process of tallying the physical inventory and the software inventory. Cycle Counts can quickly determine where the inventory management issues occur, the causes of these problems and allow a suitable corrective action to be implemented.
How to start the cycle count process:

WorkFlow
Android can only be used after the cycle count status is '
Assigned' on the web. Follow the
'Creating Cycle Count' article till step 4 and then use Android to start the cycle count.
For Non-Serialised Account
STEP 1: Click on cycle count in HHT and select the cycle count ID which you wish to work on.
STEP 2: Select a method
There are two methods-
Continuous scan mode, where you have to scan each item one by one
Quantity enter mode, where you can scan one SKU and enter its corresponding quantity
In Continuous Mode
STEP 3: There will be 2 consents-
1. Cycle count can only be performed by one user at a time
2. If the app is closed during the cycle count process and not resumed within 5 minutes, then all the progress is lost and the user will have to start the cycle count again.
Choose the consents and click "Agree & Continue".
STEP 4: Scan the Bin or enter manually and click "Validate".
STEP 5: Scan the SKU/EAN/UoM. Slide right to complete.
STEP 6: After scanning the SKUs, you may see this prompt.
This pop-up appears because, even though the product does not have an expiry, the system has detected "Batch Information" associated with it from previous records.
This prompt is asking you to enable the toggle and click submit if you wish the system to assign the batch automatically. If you do not enable the toggle and click Submit, the system will ask you to enter the batch details manually.
If there is no batch associated with the product, the system will not show this prompt.
If the toggle is ON. Slide right to complete.
If the toggle is OFF. Select or enter the batch details and click "Next".
STEP 7: Click "Confirm".
In Quantity Enter Mode
STEP 3: There will be 2 consents-
1. Cycle count can only be performed by one user at a time
2. If the app is closed during the cycle count process and not resumed within 5 minutes, then all the progress is lost and the user will have to start the cycle count again.
Choose the consents and click "Agree & Continue".
STEP 4: Scan the Bin or enter manually and click "Validate".

STEP 6: Select or enter the batch details. Click "Next".
STEP 7: Enter the quantity of the SKU.
If you have scanned all the SKUs and their quantity, you may "slide right to complete the cycle count"
If you have more SKUs to scan, you may click "Move to scan Next SKU/EAN or UoM"
If you choose the "Move to scan Next" option. You will get the following screen.
If you choose "Slide right to complete cycle count", you will get the following screen.
Now return to the web application, and there you can approve or reject the performed cycle count.
For Serialised Accounts
Step 1: In the Android app, go to Cycle count and choose the cycle count ID which you wish to work on.
STEP 2: Scan the Bin
STEP 3: Scan the Serials and Slide right to complete.
STEP 4: Click "Confirm",
Now return to the web application, and there you can approve or reject the performed cycle count.
System Logic
- In automatic CC mode only; the auto adjustments happen.
- Adjustments happen when the CC is marked as completed status.
