This article explains how to integrate Amazon Smart Connect with EasyEcom, import product listings, enable MPS shipments, and manually import orders using the Interoperability feature.
Before initiating the integration in EasyEcom, the seller must contact the EasyEcom team and request the Amazon Smart Connect integration.
EasyEcom will submit a SmartConnect Node Onboarding Request to Amazon on behalf of the seller. Once Amazon approves the request, Amazon will provide the Location ID and KMS Key to EasyEcom.
EasyEcom will then share the Location ID and KMS Key with the seller. These credentials are required to add the Amazon Smart Connect channel in EasyEcom.
The onboarding request Email must be sent to Amazon in the following format:
Click the Settings (⚙️) icon in the top-right corner.
Click Add Channels.
You will be redirected to the channel selection page.
Select Amazon Smart Connect from the available channel list.
Enter the following credentials received after the onboarding request is approved:
Click Add Channel.
You will be redirected to the Amazon login page.
Sign in using the Seller Central Super Admin (Primary) credentials associated with the relevant Amazon account.
Ensure that the credentials belong to the Amazon account associated with the relevant Merchant Token and migrated Location ID.
A mismatch in the credentials may result in an Unauthorized error during subsequent processing.After signing in, accept the displayed terms and conditions to provide consent.
Once consent is provided, you will be redirected to EasyEcom and the integration will be completed.
Go to Inventory > Manage Listings > Import Listing.
Download the listing import template and fill in the required details.
The following columns are mandatory:
Select Amazon Smart Connect as the marketplace.
Click Choose File and select the completed listing file.
Click Upload.

Process orders in the following priority:
During peak sale events, the site's capacity may be exceeded when processing future-SLA orders. Such orders may appear in the Failed section with the following error:
The site's capacity has been exceeded for future SLA orders. Kindly process orders with an SLA of less than 24 hours. The current order will be released once the location capacity is restored.
In this situation, process only the current-SLA orders. The affected orders will be released when either:
To enable MPS shipments for Amazon Smart Connect:
The Interoperability feature can be used to import orders into EasyEcom in case of a technical issue with the regular order import.
To import orders:

Ensure all listings are converted to Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) before syncing inventory.
Update the item and packaging dimensions for all listings in Smart Connect.
Updating these dimensions is mandatory. Listings without the required dimensions will not go live.
