Activating Portal Sync via EasyEcom

Please follow the below mentioned process to sync your channel listing with EasyEcom

Step 1: On the dashboard, click on the “Three dots aka meatball menu”



Step 2: Click on the “Account Settings” option

Once you click on the meatball menu, you will see the following fly-out menu: 



Here click on the “Account Settings” option. 

Step 3: Click on the "Sync Channels" 

On the Account Settings section, select "Sync Channels" option. 



Sync Channel work as a connector between marketplace and EasyEcom user can control all the activity from sync channel

Step 4: Update Channel Details

Respective to all the Marketplaces there are certain columns that can be checked (Status: yes/no) in order to sync them.


    • Alias User can give an alternate name to any added marketplace
    • Status– If Status is “Active” then Marketplace is connected with EasyEcom otherwise not
    • Orders active-
      Yes- If user selects “YES” then all new orders of that marketplace will be auto fetched in EasyEcom panel
      No-If user selects "No" then no new orders will be imported in EasyEcom
    • Push Order Tracking Status- Enable this if you want to manually initiate tracking status
    • Inventory Active-
      Yes- If user selects “Yes” then the inventory in EasyEcom panel will start reflecting in the marketplace
      No- If user select "No" then quantity of the product reflecting in the marketplace will be independent of the inventory on EasyEcom panel.

                Note: You need to activate the inventory  before you update the quantity on the panel

    • Sync order status– If user clicks on this bar then order status will refresh and will be updated to the latest status
    • Import orders- If user click on this bar then new order will import in EasyEcom
    • Sync listing-- This option is for importing catalogue(Listing)  from marketplaces
    • SLA- User can define SLA in our system , If they don’t define the default SLA is 24 hrs
