Integrating Acko with EasyEcom
This guide explains how to connect your Acko account with EasyEcom. Once configured, EasyEcom synchronizes product information, inventory, orders, cancellations, shipment updates, tracking updates, and returns with Acko through supported APIs and webhooks. The integration operates in a Self Shipped fulfillment model.
Step 1: Navigate to Add Channels
Click on the Settings (⚙️) icon in the top-right corner.
Click on Add Channels.
You will be redirected to the channel selection page.
Step 2: Select the Channel and Enter Details
Click on Acko from the available channel list.
Enter:
- Username
- Password
If required, enable Create Products Automatically.
The Create Products Automatically option is available while adding the channel. Enable it only if your integration workflow requires automatic product creation. Otherwise, products should already exist and be mapped before order processing begins.
Click Add Channel.
The Acko channel is successfully added to your EasyEcom account

- The integration follows a Self Shipped fulfillment model.
- Inventory is managed in EasyEcom.
- Orders are created on Acko and imported into EasyEcom.
- Shipment, manifest, tracking, and return updates are automatically synchronized through webhooks.
- Returns are initiated from the marketplace and synchronized with EasyEcom.
